Im glad YOU posted this--had I--reception may not have been so good----my only criticism---to say "this isnt a real benefit to shareholders" is a wee bit of an understatment----for months Morris had beaten the drum with "yes,but 10 BILLION of those common shares are restricted !!"---with a little sleight of hand those 10 BILLION RESTRICTED shares are now PREFERRED shares in Morris pocket free to do as he sees fit ( OH,YES THEY ARE !)----AND LOW AND BEHOLD-----funny it happened just before AS is maxed-----OPENING THE DOOR TO AN ADDITIONAL 10 BILLION SHARES TO DILUTE !!!!------so,yes,this may not be a real benefit to the shareholder.
