CLARKSDALE, MS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/13/10 -- Big Star Media Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BMGI) (the "Company"), a diversified entertainment and information distribution company, filmed the Twenty-Fifth Anniversary of the Arkansas Blues and Heritage Festival this past weekend. Over seventy thousand blues fans attended the three-day event held in Helena, Arkansas , which featured fantastic performances by some of the best artists in the blues business.

Big Star Media Group is now in the process of final negotiations with many of the acts that performed at the event to produce and distribute individual projects on DVD, as well as a collective "best of" project for global distribution to commemorate the event.

The event was filmed using multiple Cannon high definition production cameras and specialized equipment, such as a proprietary camera jib designed by Big Star , to enhance the live onstage experience. Over 200 hours of film were shot of performances on two different stages.
