I have not sold a single P. Reason being, what we could see happen, and I might be wrong on this but it would be a great scenario for many.....is that we could see a case trustee appointed in which case we could see P's paid full face from value we already know we have (NOLs, SJ)and commons may have a great case against JPM with Susman at the helm which would go on to trial. In that scenario, many here would have Mucho Dinero to buy commons with before those are settled.
