TSTC - bought quite a few pre-market this morning at $11.20 and it's the first time I've bought back into TSTC in many many months. Their last PR was awesome IMO with regards to a bank line of credit, easing the fears of dilution for working capital purposes. I was absolutely positive they'd have to do a big capital raise, but the message was sent in that last PR ..... they don't have to. With 2010 EPS expected to come in at $2.17, I'm in .......
