Disappointed is more the word I think that THis was brought up given only one knew about it as they were only one told in confidence in 2009 and agreed it was fair, very reasonable and mutually beneficial for shareholders.

Don't feel guilt? Then why do you claim to only have told ONE person? Sounds like trying to keep it secret IMO. This is a WNBD expense so it should of been discussed a long time ago, especially being that you frequent the board and had ample opportunity to discuss it....Told in confidence? Confidence of what? Confidence that they would tell no one? Why is this a problem if "it relates to WNBD or its long shareholders"? Fact is, a leading Mod here who claims to be an "activist" looked out for himself before looking after the company...IMO...that's great....I'd do the same(we all have families)...but I wouldn't sit up here and claim to be helping the company when in fact, at one point, may have been a slight detriment...Who's to say WNBD didn't dilute to pay that expense...so you may not of gotten paid in shares, but it may of cost your fellow shareholders...the very ones you seem to be buddies with....

"Rumors" usually are lies that are spread meant to damage..."Secrets" are usually factual events or actions that are meant to keep hidden....you choose which one this situation falls under....

P.S... Scup is the true Activist here...and although me and Dirty have our differences, you can include him to....promoting the product, unpaid...now that's passion...
