That PR is actually clearer to me than a lot of posts on these message boards by folks who can only lay claim to speaking and writing one language, in fact, that last part could very well be debatable.
What that PR tells me is that like many companies ( usually ones listed on the Big Boards ) Aurus has simply decided to use some of their cash for a share buyback program. Since most traders, as you claim, have no interest in this company, Aurus will use those shares for the benefit of their employees and management.....sort of really makes sense to me.....self serving perhaps to Aurus, but I can't say I would blame them.
I also don't believe they will have much difficulty doing it, especially at the present PPS levels. The fervent desire of many traders to simply get away from the moronic, greed infested, petty manipulative " Pinks " appears to have hit a new zenith this past year, pretty much across the whole " Pink " and " OTCBB " universe......heck, I see signs of it even on the Big Boards, which generally also accounts for lower individual daily equity trading volumes.
The real interesting aspect though would be if we knew what the actual O/S and float is for certain at this point......because if we knew that.......I really doubt the PPS would stay at $ .003 very long.......
Perhaps Aurus will bless us with that information at some point after they get some small messes cleared up.....
As to the folks complaining about their poor English.....
( I can understand it perhaps a bit, since English is actually my 3rd language ).........I can only ask, " Is your Russian better than their English ? "
Oh incidentally.....I have never had a "scam" or "shell" pay out dividends to me in cold hard cash.....so you certainly can keep calling it whatever you want to, but it does appear to me that a lot of constant drivel, based on innuendos and opinion does not constitute facts......I tend to prefer the cash part more.
