IMO they want the share price down ..they get more shares per dollar...20 to .25 cents a share will take the 200 million shares in the AS's ..

Buying a little more than 1/5 of the equity in ERHE for 50 million..

Maybe they get even greedier and push it down further..Sounds crazy..like being on the Vancouver exchange with the hole in the ground miners LOL
