I think I'll go with the Cruncher and the fact that Opec still lets Libya attend their meetings.

Now having Ghanem in Europe means that any renegotiating with companies granted concessions or standing in line is on hold. I guess having some of the majors walk away from Libya sent a big time message that the %%% and profit margins to risk factor wasn't worth spending massive money there.
