So Myth..........if I understand you, civil charges brought by the SEC will be ejudicated in Florida; but, the criminal hearings will be conducted in Calif. on Nov.2............Just as important is what shape will the company now take ( we will have to learn the result of the pleading first).............as someone mentioned the other day these proceedings have been going on for sometime now and for the last 1 1/2 years people have been buying shares unaware that this investigation may have had an impact on the price of the shares bringing them down to where they are today......................CAVEAT EMPTOR..........is all we are left with............................
