Settled funds? Tell me you aren't playing penny stocks without a margin account. Unless your balance is always so small why don't you set up a margin account where you can have 3 round trip trades in a week. That way you can buy sell buy sell buy sell without having settled funds. You get 3 times you can do that in one day or one week. Up to you.
