Jacobson and Hilbroy involvement where the answer for me.
In my opinion it is very strange that publicly in march 2010 he was listed as been on a external board member.
Suddenly he is removed.
I have emailed Stead asking about Jacobson and how much he paid Hilbroy.
He refuses to answer.
Newbies should do a little DD on Hilbroy and find out exactly what type promoters this management have fell into bed with.

My experience with pinks and CEOs has taught me to try check everything.

In my opinion Stead has no experience as a ceo and may be fronting for the likes of a Jacobson
