So aside from not being able to immediately provide the material documentation you look for, got any logic for why there is no viable commercial interest at the moment....?

Also, what progress has been made since the announcement of this supposed deal, and it's "viablity" (however not exclusively guaranteed)??

I don't see filings or payment for processes on the part of FFGO to transfer the required material assets, and we've been told explicitly NMGL will not speak to us about the matter.

So long as they hold silent, I see NMGL as a bomb waiting to be dropped and hit the floor. What justification anyone has for anything else, is beyond me.
