many thought .08 was bottom
then they where convinced .07 was bottom
now people are calling for .06 to be bottom
I am afraid wishful thinking will not keep the Sp in the .06s
In my very honest opinion .04s is very expensive considering handcamp is no longer katx and nothing proven on other properties

God help the SP if RR results are average
