Question to all..

The 8K says that once NMGL divi shares are distributed to Shareholders, we are not allowed to sell them until after January 1, 2011.

To me this means they are not planning on releasing the divis for years still. "..after January 1, 2011" means you can sell them anytime after that date. This means FFGO/NMGL can distribute the shares years down the road and still be in compliance with what they said on this 8K.

My question:

What factual piece of information leads longs to think that this will happen before January 1, 2011?
