Great DD guys, hoping this all works out and we get some nice news end of the month. Def lots of signs of life here and it makes no sense to argue that it is an empty shell...isn't that the point of buying a shell for r/m??? The only concern is buying something that has some kind of debt which we do not have here. What we do have here is a low float for a .0001 stock, a CEO who is motiviated to do SOMETHING with the shell and most likely isn't commiting any fraud as she has been vocal about getting in over her head which I have never seen a CEO of a scam stock talk candidly about given that they are out to convince people that they are to be trusted when this CEO doesn't give a hoot as she will have nothing to do with the company in a few weeks once she sells it off. Lets use our heads people:
