Prop 19 will not make this legal as far as the fed is concerned. Besides there are a lot of dispensaries that don't want 19 to go thru cause it will hurt them money wise. And right now they have stacks of money and probably have lobbyists out there in numbers to get this shut down. But it doesn't matter cause even if passed its just at state level, and there is still real risk of busts until its federally amended. And don't get me wrong i'm for legalization but there must be strict regulations on it.
