The last F/S (3:1) was on 10-5-04. We go back 50-days to 7-28-04 and add up the total pps at close and get $61.32. So, the average for that 50-day period is $61.32 / 50 = $1.22/share. With the 3:1 F/S we end up with $1.22 / 3 = $0.41/share. If so, today's low of .65 yeilds just about 60% profit to all of those that purchased during that 50-day period....on the average.
Let's go back further to just after the prior F/S dated 10-1-03. Totalling the closing price for the 254 days from 10-2-03 to 10-5-04 comes to $83.75. $83.75 / 254 = $.33/share. If so, we are looking at just about 100% profit from todays low of $.065.
And, that doesn't even take into consideration those that purchased prior to the two prior F/S before 10-2-2003.
Just seems to me that there are still a lot of folks out there sitting on mighty fine profit ratios. Are they going to hold...are they going to continue to hold all shares prior to going to market?
If the above sounds like I'm bashing I respectfully apologize. It's just that I'm getting kicked in the knees on a few other stocks right now and well, guess just a little paraniod?
Respects and Best Wishes to All.
