I really do not know. If he owns a lot, how has he made money by the stock price going down. Thats my whole point, to scam someone that person would probably want to make some money. If he does not own AVTI stock than how has he made money.
I believe that it is another scenario, when the JV comes through, and AVTI makes more money than usually the CEO's get a bonus.

If he can turn around AVTI through this, and other JV, that is how he will make money. This whole scam thing has about as much proof behind it as the court case that was dismissed against Gelmon. GLTY
