If he had no plans of releasing audited numbers why would he release lack luster unaudited numbers? Why not paint them up to look amazing to try and generate buzz? O yea he has an ungagged TA and a basically maxed out A/S. That means he is not trying to sell shares to pay bills, which is what Pink scams do.

Bottom line is if he was just trying to pump the company the A/S would be higher the TA would be gagged and the financials, even unaudited, would have been made to look alot better.
