Do you have any idea how long it takes to do a COMPLETE audit of an ENTIRE company? Time frame is from 60 to 90 days. These things take time. At this point, no news is good news IMO. Like others have said, if the company were diluting they'd be posting fluff PR's to create buying pressure to create a demand for their dumped shares. Well guess what, they're not posting fluff PR's, and this shows us that there is no/minimal dilution. However in the land of penny stocks you won't get much better evidence than an 8-K filing.
