Navy - I know. I'm prepared to lose a % to have my money free. I was here on April 04 when DC sent me an email saying that the E would come off and the financials would be out in May. That tends to make me like my freedom, even if it costs.

To those who are in and reap the rewards - power to you!! I'll have to make my money work harder elsewhere.
