The price of gold is irrelevant to those A&B shares. I'd even argue that it was NEVER a factor in this deal.

IMO...The price of gold is very relevant, but not in the way most people would like. The A&B's are to be issued at a set "cash" value so the increasing price of gold will not increase the value of the A&B's. NMGL may buy back the shares at the stated value after the set date in Jan. However the price of gold is very important for two reasons, a. it keeps the gold assets valuable, and attractive for a buying company, and B. The higher the price of gold becomes the higher the profit is for NMGL. selling the assets at a price above what the deal closed at is pure profit for NMGL, Not a bad motivation for NMGL to get the deal done.

To get any "value" from those A&B shares, NMGL claims it will register them for trading.

So having tradable shares and making a market for trading those shares has no value??..hmmmm..well I thought we are all here investing in stocks that are tradable to make money right??

Which means, there's no cash dividend attached to them...you'll have to find someone to buy them to see any money.

Yep..you are correct there is no Dividend attached to the prefered shares because they are the dividend, and when NMGL buys them back the holder will get cash worth the value they have been issued at. Read the 8K.

You really think someone is going to pay you $16 a share for something that was simply created out of thin air, with nothing to back them up?

So two very real and tangable parcels of land in Arizona have been created out of thin air, and there is no gold in the ground to "back up" the value?...Hmmm...well you believe what you want, but for me, I'll stick with the idea that someone will be buying the very real and very valuable gold companies Bouse Inc., and South Copperstone Inc. and when they do, I'll cash out.

I maintain that NMGL got FFGO's asset for free.

So now you maintain that the gold properties are "Assets"?...hmmm..well lets not forget that Western Diversified has already received the prefered A&B shares which are valued as per the 8K filed with the sec by NMGL. So where do we get the idea that NMGL got the goods for free from??

Sorry man, your arguments simply do not add up to the conclusions your telling the folks around here.
