You got it all wrong, the news didn't mention anything of NEGS, IT's NES. For every 30 shares of PRPM you own prior Nov 3rd, 2010, you get an extra share of NES as dividend.
National Energy Services Co., Inc.(NES) is currently priced at $12.5/share. Not that bad in my opinion.
