Profit - you have a point. I promised myself that I'm not rebuying until I see the 10K.

The same thing happened in 2003 when they lost the OHIO case. People panicked and sold, only for the stock to go up tenfold afterwards. Listeing to Jigfish at that tiem proved very expensive. I think the shorts wind people up over a period of time, so that they lose perspective. Thats why I've stopped reading and writing on RB.

When teh 10K is out - thats whan the action will start. IMO.
