Acquiring Financial Institution

All deposit accounts, including brokered deposits, have been transferred to Great Western Bank, Sioux Falls, SD ("assuming institution") and will be available immediately. The former TierOne Bank locations will reopen as branches of Great Western Bank during regular business hours.
