To Aw ,are we overlooking the possibilty of a classaction lawsuit ,asking Tm to give up his shares and interest to the company ,as an agreement of settlement,I really don't want to see this guy able to walk away from this and be able to continue to do the samething with another company. Giving out good pr with no substain just to promote and dump shares in the market..

With that being said,what is this company really worth at this point ,it might be more feasible to go to alderman himself and open the floor for previous share holders to acquire the shares of your new company....
