I hope you know this is not the same situation as Sirius. Sirius avoided bankruptcy, worldspace is bankrupt. Liberty does own 40% of Sirius and they may or may not have totally walked from a "bigger picture" for worldspace/Sirus....The question is if they didn't walk will that bigger picture include common share holders.....
