What is really needed are fewer CB's and better DD'ers, that know what the heck is going on and understand the magnitude of the Company!!

Other than that, just needs Time to let the Company do what it has to to move forward!!

Right now the weak are falling out and the ones that can see the Forest through the trees moving In!!
