The Watts Family developed this company and signed the 2006 psc after problems with US Oil were resolved...in 2009 the price of oil went to $33 per barrel(no fault of their own) and a shareholder vigilance induced them to bring on professional oil executives(RL)if they were dishonest they could not have been successful.
