Anyone have any luck contacting the company by phone? All I get is what seems a very cheap operating system and tells me that the mailbox is full. Very annoying when I can't talk to a company by phone because the guy either doesn't listen to voicemails or it's just an automatic feature that "says" the voicemail is full. (sorry if that sounds arrogant but been there, done that)
