Same thing happened on 12-09-08. Stock was dilluted due to a selloff date that came up and the stock dumped 95% in one day. Withinin a week of red ink, it actually was down 99% from the 12-09-08 drop date. I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole until it hits at least .02 or possibly .03 because there are quite a few more shares that will be sold over the next few days. It may make for a good day trade though if you want to flip it for a penny or so.
