Look to the end of next week if we can put together a couple of more days over the 10M level. By then, with Gods help the miners will be out, the dust will have settled, Board approval from all the entities would be completed and the paperwork will be signed.

I would expect that a deal this size will have to have Board approval and IMHO most corporate boards meet mid month after the end of a quarter. That would be October 15th. With a annoucement after the signing by month end. All signs point to the deal. Ignore the the SP, watch the volume.

The time table is moving up from what I thought based on the success of the miner recovery timetable and the Chilean royalty agreement. It still could be mid November, but be prepared.
