BT: I actually was considering buying a foreclosed unit next to mine-- and have the contracts ready to go
-- but if the bank cut corners- and cheated on the paperwork- I could have trouble re-selling it.

NO joke-

With all the foreclosed properties- these banks and mortgage companies figured they could cut corners-
so probably have a "title" or "deed" that is not valid.. WOW...

Who has more money than the banks-- and what do greedy lawyers do??
