State AG says that this is SEC related case and the F.B.I. says the same. SEC says "We can not confirm or deny about an investigation against the company or CEO" I been listening to this tune for almost 7 years now.

I still think that there are others who is stoping SEC to investigate (for other reason) and come out with the truth and tell investing public, what Matin was upto till now. THE WHOLE 7 years and if there is any truth to any of Matin's PR newswires since past 7 years. I can assure you, NOT A SINGLE TRUTH in any of the figures Matin publish, not even 1% truth.

That is why I am so upset, now, more at authority than actually Matin. WHY THIS WAS NOT SHUT DOWN 7 YEARS AGO.
