Snow, it's too early to speculate, but the guestimates of the amount of oil in the basin are 100 billion plus. So how much of that is recoverable is the question.

Consider the basin similar to the North Dakota williston Basin and the Bakken Shale. The only commercial way to extract would be vertical, then horizontal drilling, maybe fracking at some points. Fortunately for Toreador, Hess ( the operator )knows how to drill in this type of basin, so I would expect several elephants recovered.
