Well from the flurry of recent releases it would appear to me that only the Big C silver prospect is currently permitted for drilling(no scheduled start date announced as of yet), one would have to assume that the others are behind that in terms of scheduling, Copper Mountain needs additional fieldwork to establish drill targets and Panorama-Winters East has targets established but is not yet permitted for drilling accdg to the latest release...hsb
