during the bk process it cannot change @ all.

(if/when) the merger goes through, certain steps may be taken to accmodate all board members/new board members by possibly raising the a/s to 50 or 55 mill as opposed to the basicly 40 million it has now.

board members must own at least 5%, an from the pr's i have been reading there will be close to 10 board members (or a minimum of 20 mill shares just for them)

im assuming then there will of course be big private holders / funds that will buy up the remainder of the o/s as usual leaving possibly 5 - 10 mill shares as a free trading float.

all my opinion i could be 100% wrong though, LOL
