thats what was reported, so that is basicly the only dd you can go on, unless you have maanged to acquire the assets over liabilities figures.


i have herd some have, and they are positive (but like all ,is speculation)

some dont like the play, some do, the ones who do are veterans in the bk game.

jlic is to merge with Tri-Artisan to form -

originaly they were a market maker, who got caught playing some sneaky games... finra shut them down, they had to file for a voluntary chapter 11 (JLIC is one of the very BK company's that do not obtain the 'Q' @ the end of the ticker symbol.


i currently hold over 150k shares but i continue to load as time comes closer to the NOVEMBER POR, or as the stock takes dips..

i doubt you will see the ask below a penny.
