If that was the case....the A/S would have been reduced by more than 25-1 and not left at 1 Billion. The bottom line is these shares will hit the market and there will be dilution. Whether they are used for acquisitions or to raise capital - they are going to be a part of a gboe's stockholders life.

But that being said, the upside is still worth the risk - assuming there are closings of more acquis, we could be looking at .0025 after the R/S and after dilution.

Although there is nothing firm, the writing is on the wall with the dilution. In my life, i have never come across a case where 2 + 2 did not eventually add up to 4.

Can't get hurt with the .0001s so I will buy as long as they are here....and of course, jmho
