I agree that was the wrost good bye ever, and great sucker punch.

WOW, Greg. You tell people to accummulate shares its going to move up. You pump the stock and constantly tried to weed out any negativity. You PROMISE to relay any said information from CEO or company immediately to the board as the medium between the CEO and the board... then as I stated was perfectly possible in one of my previous post when given the opportunity you take that information and withhold it until you have sold most if not all of your shares. Of course some of this is still if I even believe you were ever in contact and had a "trusting" relationship with the CEO.

At this point it is hard to tell if the company is a fraud. But I will say 100% without a doubt Greg is a fraud! He promised to relay any information that would give him an insider's edge immediately (which goes against human nature anyways) then he paints the sky blue tells everyone to pay the ask, and why... so he can sell his shares? Someone correct me if I am wrong but I beleive the definition of fraud is to deceive or manipulate another person in order to acheive a financial or other advantage. Greg wanted to sell his shares at the highest price possible so he encouraged everyone to push the pps up, all for his personal own personal gain. I will even venture to go a step further and say its odd that after he exits he makes his post which I am sure he might guess would cause a panic and drive the pps even lower. So why not just quitely exit without a word, trust me I would not have missed your constant empty speech. So now I wonder why stab everyone else in the back, instead of letting things take their natural course, you take yet another action to further manipulate the board and the stock.

My personal recommendation to everyone is neither pro or anti ISPI but instead, I recommend each person collect themselves review the facts and make a calm and collected descision. I wonder if contacted directly and requested if the CEO would confirm or deny his e-amil(s) to Greg via a press release. That would be the fair and non-insider way to address even such problems as this and clear the air. Through open and public channels that can not so easily be manipulated by a single anonymous internet post.

PS: Greg I hope you shorted the stock and it finally does what you promised it would do.
