What has torvec done right? They built a trac vehicle, Created technology which was able to increase efficiences and emmisions in a diesel engine. Problem is they haven't been able to sell anything. Why?

It must be frustrating to lack the intelligence to respond to any question without just attributing it as coming from a short. I actually am starting to feel sorry for you.
