I don't think it is a scam. The CEO is a moron. The a/s being proposed and listed on pinksheets makes no sense given that it is already at .0001, if the company was a pump and dump, wheres the pump? Why increase a/s with such a small pps? I know you are saying she is paying people with shares and they are dumping for .0001 which is all profit but why not let it run a bit by pumping with a few pr's and really get 3-5X the money when they dump? I am really confused, I don't think you have enough evidence to say it is a scam. I think you see a gagged TA and the increased a/s and you are jumping to conclusion, albiet its a good guess, but it is still a guess. I do wonder what your motovation is. Are you an investor and how much are you in for and at what price?
