Exactly the kind of stuff I am talking about.

On October 19, 2009 they claim in a PR they expect a profit. Less than two months left of production for them at that point (Expo shuts down for two weeks) and they were still trying to claim that they would have a profit?

What would their argument be? We were expecting a 4 million dollar order to ship in December and it just fell through? If you pointed out that their inventory didn't reflect such anticipation they would just lie to the investigators and say it was going to be a super secret NDA drop ship order from a mysterious factory in china.
