Mamona, I think you are being overly hard on Rich. I don't understand how you can say there was/is no business plan. There was and there is and that is why the company has a producing mine and is debt free today! Granted, the production at Don Ramon is what has been so slow in coming. The original plans for production have obviously not worked well. They have tweaked it along the way to deal with the problems that came up - transportation problems, weather problems, mechanical problems, etc. I'm sure they are still tweaking it, but I find it hard to believe that there is no plan. They are learning and NG, myself, and a LOT of other stockholders are betting they will succeed. I believe the time is getting closer. At least there was SOME production, not enough, but some production this last quarter. I'm sure it will increase at least some, in quarter 3 and even more so in quarter 4. At least we are moving in the right direction.

Rich's business plan saved us big money, but in the production side of things, it has not worked out as well YET.

But again, I still don't quite understand why, if you don't believe in the CEO, you are choosing to stick around? Just doesn't make sense to me.

However, I have to say that at least you did recognize some of the positives in your previous post. That is a first and a positive development! Glad to see that.
