generally i start looking for an exit when RSI(14) hits 75
from there you need to watch volume and momentum. i have seen RSI hit 99 and keep going, it's all L2 from there. when i see a huge spike in pps and volume on a stock w/RSI over 75/80 i unload. these spikes happen in about 20 to 30 seconds and i am usually waiting w/finger on the trigger
