Whenever a stock is Grey Sheeted it's Caveat Emptor. Act Clean is alive and making money as a company still with US patented products and investors. They are not a scam nor any of the other things implied in a resent post regarding Caeat Emptor = "Buyer Beware ". When Act Clean comes off the greys caveat emptor comes off.
