I have a question for some of you. How do you launch a music service, even a beta of a music service, without support of any kind?
Well, the answer to that is--you don't.

It appears that Klepto hasn't paid Zendesk, his support service, and his account has been suspended. And as you'll see, quite publicly.
If you check out the Zendesk pricing you'll see that it's only $59 per month per agent for the premier package, and at this stage he certainly doesn't need more than 1 agent. So this means that Klepto is either completely negligent (who would launch a product without proper support?) or he can't afford the $59 per month. Or maybe he does have the money and would rather spend it on 5 star hotels.
If anything this should be a clear signal of the beginning of the end.
I'm curious as to what kind of baloney Klepto will invent to explain away this. I can see it now--"uh a slight error in our payables department that will quickly be rectified. It's only a little tiff."
