i guess i'll have to go back and read a few things here. removing something like that does weaken the structure , etc.

i like illinois building codes.

he az. it is different too. we have what you call " the building registar{?}". any complaints about the builder , they try to settle it.

but then the is the underhand stuff too. the buyer doesn't win much at all. they are in with the builders.

another thing these builders don't have to put up any schools or playgounds. in illinois , they have to set aside land for the parks and schools.
