Even with the debt of the loan, which was incurred under old management, this company's major management moves, and the fact that the company manufactures and sells great products, and that they will have real marketing and sales plans, will trump any issue of the loan they have to repay. This may not seem to some to be the ideal comparison, since this is a penny stock, but look at Ford; look at what Alan Mullaly was able to accomplish, under his new new management, in a relatively short period of time; he took a company on the brink of bankruptcy, with a PPS of$1.00 to a PPS of over $14.00 in about a year, when everyone was saying don't buy Ford; and to a point where their credit rating has moved up two levels, recently, to just 2 levels below investment grade; and everyone is madly in love with Ford again; and Ford had a lot of debt to repay, and still has some, but it will take care of it, it will take care of everything, and Ford will be the leader in the automotive industry for years to come, in my opinion. AVVH, I know, is small by comparison, but my point is new management can do wonders; what AVVH needs, and it seems like they have done just that, is to get all the things straightened out with their financials, and they are going to get the CTO revoked; why wouldn't a great company, essentially, despite former management, with great products, not have the right and good things happening for them, after all the work they've done, under their new management, to right everything; what they need is marketing, marketing, marketing, sales, sales, sales, in drug stores, grocery chains, retail stores, and other avenues, and just as important, Internet Marketing! They have a great website, all they need is for everyone to see it! The market for their products is huge, not just here, but globally. What they need is to get a famous spokesperson, like Jessica Simpson, or someone on her level, and market their products! If new management starts making real moves, nothing's impossible! They've got great products; they've got a great website, and now they've got great management, new management; when they take care of all the things they need to, I don't see why they can't straighten the ship, and sail for richer shores. FIrst things, first, of course. New management is working on all the things they need to, and they will in the future. Again, at the risk of repetition, Patience.
