I've been reviewing some of the legal docs from 2005-2008. What prevented CLYW then from enjoying the value of its intellectual property? Daic? Pattin? Other? If so, how has he now been neutered because of the work done by the new BOD? Better legal representation? What has been reported indicates that he is a sleazeball with planet-sized greed. Fine. What is different in this month's trial? Thanks.
